See It for Yourself —
Schedule a Facility Tour
Walk our 30,000 sq ft production floor, meet the team, and see our injection molding machines, secondary operations, and quality systems in action. Tours are available Monday – Friday by appointment.
What You’ll See
A facility tour gives you a real look at how your parts would be made — from raw resin to finished, packaged product.
Injection Molding Floor
Six machines running two shifts. See two-shot, overmolding, and insert molding setups in person.
Secondary Operations
Assembly, sewing, label printing, and packaging — all under one roof.
Quality & Inspection
Inline QC stations, inspection fixtures, weight verification, and color-matching processes that keep defects off your dock.
Tooling & Prototyping
We work with a trusted Montana tooling partner for mold maintenance and repairs, plus in-house 3D printing (FDM & Resin) for CAD-based prototyping before committing to steel.
Warehouse & Logistics
Finished goods staging, labeling, and outbound logistics. Everything managed in one building by one team.
Team & Culture
Meet the people who would actually run your parts. No sales team handoffs — you’ll talk directly to production.

How a Typical Tour Goes
We keep tours practical and direct. No scripted sales pitches — just an honest look at how we operate and an open conversation about whether we’re the right fit for your program.
-
1Welcome & Intro (10 min) Quick overview of AE Molding — who we are, what we do, and what makes us different. We’ll ask about your project or interest so we can tailor the walk.
-
2Production Floor Walk (30–45 min) See the injection molding machines running live. We’ll explain the tooling, materials in use, and automation setups. Stops at QC stations and secondary operations based on your interests.
-
3Warehouse & Packaging (10 min) Walk the finished goods and outbound area. See how retail-ready packaging, labeling, and kitting is handled in-house.
-
4Q&A & Next Steps (15–20 min) Sit down with the team to discuss your specific program, review samples if applicable, and talk through timelines, tooling, and costs. No pressure — just honest answers.
Come Ready to Talk Shop
The best tours happen when visitors bring sketches, CAD files, samples, or even just a clear description of their project. The more context you share, the more useful the visit will be.
Closed-Toe Shoes Required
We’re an active production environment. Closed-toe shoes are required on the floor. Safety glasses are provided at the entrance.
