How It Works

From Quote to Production

A straightforward process designed to get you answers fast and parts in hand without unnecessary back-and-forth.

  1. Submit Your Quote Request

Fill out the form with your project details. Upload CAD if available — it speeds up the process significantly.

  2. We Review & Respond — within 48 hours

Our team reviews your part, assesses manufacturability, and reaches out with questions, feedback, or a preliminary quote.

  3. Align on Scope & Tooling Plan

We finalize material selection, process, tooling strategy, and timeline. 3D prototypes can be accommodated first if needed.

  4. Sampling — Approximately 2 Weeks

First articles typically arrive within 2 weeks of mold completion. Review, approve, and move to production.

  5. Production & On-Time Delivery

Full production runs with inline QC, secondary operations, and packaging — all under one roof, delivered on schedule.
