Built in Montana.
Built for Partnership.
50+ years of experience. Twenty-five employees. Thirty thousand square feet. Two shifts. A lean, focused operation that treats every customer program like it's the most important one — because it is.
A Montana Manufacturer Built on Reliability
With over 50 years of combined manufacturing experience, AE Molding was built on a straightforward premise: brands deserve a manufacturing partner that actually delivers on time and owns the entire process from start to finish.
Operating out of Roundup, Montana, we've grown to a 30,000 sq ft facility running two shifts with 25+ employees. What sets us apart isn't any single machine or process — it's the combination of injection molding, secondary operations, tooling support, and quality systems under one roof, managed by one team.
We apply Lean Six Sigma principles to continuously reduce variation, waste, and lead time. Our customers tell us the difference shows most in how we communicate — proactively, honestly, and directly.
Trusted Tooling Partner
Mold construction, maintenance, and repairs are handled through a trusted tooling partner located nearby in Montana — giving us reliable toolroom access that keeps your program on schedule.
Our Values
Four principles that guide every decision, from how we quote a job to how we handle a problem on the production floor.
Partnership
We treat your program like it's ours. That means flagging issues before they become problems, suggesting improvements when we see them, and investing in your long-term success — not just completing a transaction.
On-Time Delivery
This is the thing we hear most from customers: "You're one of the few molders that actually delivers on time." We take it seriously at every level of the operation, from scheduling to changeovers to shipping.
Innovation
Custom automation, in-house fixturing, creative secondary operation solutions. We're not locked into a standard playbook — we'll build the tooling and process that makes your part work best.
Quality
Quality is built into the process, not inspected in at the end. Weight scales, custom fixtures, dimensional gauging, and color verification are part of how we run every program, every shift.
One Roof Means Faster Everything
When molding, secondary operations, and QC happen in the same building managed by the same team, coordination overhead disappears. Problems surface and get solved faster. Changes happen in hours, not days.

Regrind When Possible
We work with customers to identify where regrind material can be used — reducing material cost and waste without compromising part performance or dimensional consistency.
